Goal

You are attempting to derive a new Service Request Number while creating an SR via Custom User Hooks (cs_servicerequest_cuhk). 

The process is defined as below:
Return a number from the OUT Parameter x_Request Number. 
 
Even though this number is returned via the OUT parameter, the Service Request number is populated with a system generated number when the SR is created.
