11i: R12: OIE: DFF values are not Retained when Trying to Create a Expense Report using Import Spreadsheet. (Doc ID 987016.1)

When attempting to Create Expense report using Import Spreadsheet, Descriptive flexfield values are not retained.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate: Setup -> Flexfields -> Descriptive -> Segments
Title = Expense Report Line
Prompt = Expense Type
Reference Field = ITEM_DESCRIPTION
'Required', Displayed', 'Synchronize with Reference Field' are enabled

Context Field Values = Mileage - Test
Name = Miles
'Displayed' and 'Enabled' are enabled

Context Field Values = Car Rental
Name = Company
'Displayed' and 'Enabled' are enabled

2. Expense Report Template setup
Template Name = Mileage Template
Expense Item = Car Rental
Expense Item = Mileage - Item

3. Set profile option, OIE:Enable DescFlex
4. Bounce Apache Server
5. When trying to create Expense Report using spreadsheet gives the following error:
          Company-Values have not been entered for one or more required segments
