On : 12.1.x version, Price List
Find one may enter overlapping price breaks on a price list.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect not to be able to enter overlapping price list lines.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2.Query existing price list
3.Add a new line for the same product using F6 functionality(Same start and end effective date)
4.Save the record

Fresh installation of oracle 12.0.4,upgraded 12.0.6 the upgraded to 12.1.x prior to any set ups were done.
