Error RVTTH-035: Subroutine rvsrv_rcv_match_supply() When Receiving Standard PO (Doc ID 987262.1)

When attempting to receive one line on a PO using Online mode the following error occurs:

rvtptcontrol failed
RVTTH-035: Subroutine rvsrv_rcv_match_supply() returned error

(for instance when attempting to receipt a PO for an item that has a relation of substitute with another item )

After setting profile options per <Note 299497.1> and setting 'RCV: Processing Mode' profile option to Immediate

1) RVCTP log file completes with the following errors

RVTTH-035: Subroutine rvsrv_rcv_match_supply() returned error
RVSRV-170: Subroutine rvsrvb_process_po_receive() returned error
RVSRV-240: Subroutine rvsutb_convert_src_target() returned error
rvsut-010: Subroutine uomconvert() returned error
Cause: Subroutine uomconvert() returned an internal error.
Action: Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Contact your system administrator for Interclass conversion between Unit and LONGUEUR is not defined
Use Define Interclass Conversions form to define interclass conversions

2) fnd_log_messages shows
RVTVQ:110 org_id 103, item_id 3397
RVTVQ:200 from_uom = KILOMETRE, to_uom = METRE
RVTVQ:210 After call to uom_convert
RVTTH:192 OPM code - OPM installed I, OPM Using Common receiving 1
RVTTH:193 OPM Quality code executed for transaction_id 904858 item_id 3397 organization_id 103
RVTTH:200 interface_trx_id 973435, trx_id 904858

    . In po_interface_errors error_message

UOM conversion between Unit and LONGUEUR is not defined Action: Use Define Unit of Measure Conversions form to define conversions
