Supplier User Encounters Blank Screen When Log In to iSupplier Portal From External URL

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a supplier user attempts to log in from external URL, they are able to log in but get a blank screen.
- Users can log in from the Internal URL.
- If attempt to log in with incorrect password, the application is validating it and posting an error message. But once the password is correct user just gets blank page and can not see anything.
Due to this issue, Supplier users cannot access iSupplier Portal.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Enter username and password from external Supplier URL.
2. User gets a blank screen.
