Goal

On:  12.0.4 (R 12.0.9 CMRO Projects Integration patch is applied), Visit Work Package 
When attempting to add a project created via. the Project Super user., the following error occurs. 
"A structure version is required."

STEPS 
1. Create the parent project in Projects: Using the Projects Super User responsibility 
-> A template is used to create a Project. 
-> 'Enable Workplan Versioning' flag is enabled. 
-> Workpland and Financial Structures Sharing set to 'Shared Structures'. 
-> A version of the project is published. 
-> 4 tasks are manually added to the project. A new project version is published. 
2. Create a cMRO visit and attach the parent project (from step 1) to it. 
3. Add an MR to the visit. 
4. Push the visit into Production 
5. The system returns 'A structure version is required' error is returned.
