R12: Oracle Diagnostics Tool Not Displaying All Tests (Doc ID 988612.1)

Symptoms


After upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.0.6, in Application Diagnostic Tool, No Tests are being displayed
For example, select application Payables, Expand all the Tests.None of the Tests are being displayed  like

  • Invoice Test,
  • Accounting Health Check 
  • Payment tab
  • Accounting tab

This issue happens in Payables and some other modules (Receivables etc)

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Login to Oracle Diagnostic Responsibility
  2. Click on the Advanced Tab
  3. Select the Application as Payables
  4. Observe that no Tests are Available.

Upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.0.6
