Customer has raised a dispute in Advanced Collections and has cancelled the workflow from the Workflow Administrator responsibility.
The dispute still remains open even after canceling the workflow.
Dispute status : Cancelled (in Collections/History) but transactions tab does not release the dispute amount.
You expect the dispute should be canceled after canceling the worfklow.
