Symptoms
In Oracle Applictions Release 11.5.10.1
The Workflow Notification Mailer does not send notification as the Override Address if the email address is for an outside domain.
The following error is generated when an attempt is made to send to an email address that has an outside domain:

RCPT TO:<anyuser>@<outsidedomain>
550 5.7.1 <anyuser>@<outsidedomain>... Relaying denied
DEBUG SMTP: Invalid Addresses
DEBUG SMTP: <SUPPORT USER>@<domain>.com
DEBUG SMTP: Sending failed because of invalid destination addresses
On the other hand, the Workflow mailer does handle external domain email address, because the
SMTP server has already been configured to allow relaying to the specific external domains.
