Symptoms
When attempting to see the list of values of Operating Unit for Receiving Transaction Processor concurrent request, no values are found.
Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to Purchasing Super User > Reports > Run > Single Request:
1) Select Receiving Transaction Processor
2) When entering parameters, click on the LOV button for Operating Unit and receive the following error:
"No entries found for List of Values"
