Symptoms

 The application button, for some credit memos, is grayed out.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Transactions > Transactions Summary

  1. Query on Credit Memo's
    The application button is grayed out on some credit memos but not on others.
