MT940 Not generated for customer account (Doc ID 1620170.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Check the default media for the customer which should be swift. Also the address line 1 for the customer should have the bic code maintained. After maintaining the same user will be able to generate the statement

Symptoms

Error

MT 940 was not generated for a customer account

 

Actual Behavior:

System should NOT generateD MT940 for a customer.

 

Expected Behavior

System should generate MT940 for a customer , if the the maintenance done properly.

 

 

Changes

The below maintenance to be done:

1) Default media should be "SWIFT" in Customer screen <STDCIF>. 

2) The swift code has to be maintained in the address-line 1 and other address lines are empty at customer account screen<STDCUSAC>.

3) After maintenance, run EOD process and confirm MT940 Generation.
