Request Cheque Book Link from Account Summary Gives Error

Cheque Book request link from Account Summary does not work and show error page.

Simulation Steps:

  1. Go to 'Account Summary'
  2. Click on 'CASA Accounts'
  3. Click on 'Request cheque book' link against any account
  4. System shows error page
