In Mobile Browser, User Is Unable To Select Branch Name, City While Raising New Cheque Book Request

Information in this document applies to any platform.
- In Mobile browser when the user tries to raise a New Cheque Book Request the 'Mode of Delivery' shows only the option Branch and Courier.
- It should be same as in internet banking and other devices.
- If the user chooses Branch, the application should allow to select appropriate City and Branch Name.
- If the user chooses Courier, the application should allow to input Name, Address, City.
