Transaction Blackout for One Channel Affects All Channels For Any Usertype

Information in this document applies to any platform.
There is a provision to create transaction blackout in Admin for particular user type and for specific user channel under the same user type.
However when such a transaction blackout is created it affects all channels under one user type.
- Login with SUPERADMIN
- Go to "Maintanance and Setup"-->"Transaction Blackout"
- Select channel for particular usertype.
- Select transaction to be blacked out.
- Enter date and time of blackout.
The issue has the following business impact:
If for example the particular transaction is blackout for retail user type for
internet channel then that blackout is applied to mobile application channel also.
