Symptoms

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Reset Password for more than one user at a time.
2. Go to transaction activities -> transactions to authorize
3. Click on Reset Password -> initiated
4. "No records found" message is shown.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the Bank Admin Authorizers cannot authorize the"Reset Password" transactions initiated by the Initiator Admin.
