CLDPRMNT - Issue In Rounding, Even Though Maintained At Product Level (Doc ID 2096085.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 19, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking - Version 12.0.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

For CASA Accounts & Deposits rounding is to be set up as Round Near 0.01 decimals
----> For this, in Currency Definition Screen, USD Currency rounding is set as Round Near 0.01 decimals and computation for the same is working fine as per expectation.

2. Now for Loans, rounding has to be set up as Round Up without any decimals (Eg:- 76.31 should be rounded up to 77)
---> We tried achieving this requirement at the CL product level by defining the formula as “CEILING(@AMORT_RED(PRINCIPAL_EXPECTED,(INTEREST_RATE),DAYS,YEAR),0)” but on save system is reverting back to the Amortized Reducing .

System should accept the rounding preference given at the CL product formula level
