Problem Summary

CLBATCH failing during VAMI for CL accounts with facility attached

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
1. Create a CL account with facility attached in Linkage details
2. During CLBATCH when VAMI event is fired, EOD is aborted.
3. System is not able to get the facility details because the details are not passed in package - clpks_vd_amendment.sql
4. Debugs and CL spool attacched


Fix has been released in patch set 12.0.2.7.11
