Symptoms

On :  DB 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to authorize transactions, either of the following occurs.

APPLICATION IMPACT
--------------------------

  1. Slowness observed
  2. Application goes to hung state
  3. Blank screen is shown
  4. Application is timed out

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, performance of the Admin application is affected. Especially, Authorizing transactions has slowed down and eventually, they are getting timed out error or blank page.

 

Changes

 No environment changes have caused the issue.
