Attach Document In Corporate Users Is Not Working (Doc ID 2170321.1)

Symptoms

Attach Document in corporate user is not working. Below are the simulation steps -
1. Trade Finance -> Attach Documents
2. Select Customer ID and Transaction Type as Bank Guarantee
3. Search
4. Click on any BG (under Reference No)
5. Click on Attache Documents button
6. After Attaching document click on Initiate
