Symptoms

On dashboard, the widgets don't get refreshed automatically hence the transaction which is already authorized by one user is available to the same user for authorization again.

Changes

 In the query which is used to fetch the details of transaction, an additional condition for user-id which has already signed the transaction,is also added.
