Non Sequential Authorization Not Working for Corporate Admin Authorizers even if it is configured in their customer profile (Doc ID 2206242.1)

Symptoms

For corporate customer,Authorization type is selected as non-seq authorization in customer profile.
This customer is mapped to Corporate admin (CA2). Multiple level authorization rule is defined for Corporate admin.
When corporate admin initiates any transaction,it always follows sequential authorization even if customer mapped is having non seq authorization.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Login with SUPERADMIN.

2.Modify customer profile of corporate customer (Customer mapped to Corporate Admin) as Authorization type as "Non-Sequential"

3.Create 3 level Authorization Rule for CorporateAdmin User from Superadmin ("Manage Rules")

4.Login with corporate Admin.Initiate transaction for which rule is set.

5.Login with level 2 authorizer as per the rule. Transaction is not available for authorization.

6.Login with level 1 authorizer ,Transaction is available for authorization.
