Symptoms

When retail user inquires exchange rates from "Tools"-->"Exchange Rate Inquiry" ,

Data displayed on screen are not in order of "From currency". 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Login with Retail User.

2."Tools"-->"Exchange Rate Inquiry"

3.Rates are not in order of From currency. 

 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------

The issue has the following business impact:

This is not user friendly.Users have to search manually for the rates.
