Bulk Files Uploaded by Bank Administrator (Initiator) on Behalf of Corporate User Not Available for Authorization (Doc ID 2253009.1)

Symptoms

On : DB 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

In Admin - Initiator Authorizer set up for Bulk Transactions when a Bulk File is Uploaded by Initiator, the File does not appear in the Pending list of Transactions under "Transactions to authorize" in Authorizer Admin. The initiated Transactions cannot be seen anywhere in the Authorizer Screen.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into FCDB Admin User (with Initiator Role) and initiate a Bulk File Upload.
2. Once the File is uploaded Successfully and the Bulk File Reference Number is shown on the Screen, logout of the initiator
3. Login into FCDB Admin User (with Authorizer Role who is supposed to authorize the transactions initiated by the Initiator Admin of Step 1) and check "Transactions to Authorize" Tab under Dashboard --> Transactions

Note:- The Initiator - Authorizer Set up should be done correctly with all the appropriate Roles and Rules in place for both of them.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the Bank Admin Authorizers cannot authorize the Bulk Transactions initiated by the Initiator Admin.
