Mismatch Between Account Statement and BI Report(For Account Statement) with Some Transactions Missing (Doc ID 2263817.1)

Please check the below reports -

1. BI Report Server OD Account Statement Generated by Customer from BI Reports
2. Account Statement generated by Customer from Online Application

There was one transaction missing in the account statement which was appearing when seen from the BI reports.


Extract an Account Statement BI Report for Corporate Customer for any specific period

Extract Account Statement from Online Banking Application for the same Corporate User and For the same period selected.

Now compare and see if there is any mismatch due to any particular transaction

Note: The Date (Value Date or Transaction date) should be the same in both the Reports.



Due to this mismatch the Customer is not able to reconcile both Statements as a particular transaction is missing in the Report.



No Environment changes, Product or Hardware change triggers this Problem.
