"No Records Found" Observed in View Customer Transaction (Bank Admin) and Dashboard Transactions (End Users) when Host Status is "Under Processing" and FCDB Status is shown as "Pending for Bank's Processing (73)" (Doc ID 2269635.1)

On : FCDB 12.0.1/12.0.2/12.0.3 version,

When attempting to view a particular Customer Transaction by inputting the Reference Number through Admin User from F001 Entity, or in Dashboard --> Transactions Tab for End Users they are unable to view the same because the Host Status is  "Under Process" and FCDB Status is "Pending for Bank's Processing".

The following error occurs-


Below error is thrown by FCDB Application-


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the transactions at FCDB side having Status as "Pending for Bank's Processing" is not visible to both Admin and End Users on their Respective Screens .


No Changes in the Environment / Product / Hardware triggers this Problem
