PMS Upload Not Updating Data Into Holding Table (Doc ID 2287137.1)

When a PMS holding file was uploaded, some of the records were getting processed and holding was updated successfully for those records in FCPB, however, major chunk of records were getting stamped as processed but holding was not getting updated in pms_portfolio_holding table for those records. This was typically observed for voluminous files. For files containing lesser number of records, the issue was not observed.
