"Base Country Not Shown In The List Of Countries" After Switching To Another Entity From Base Entity While Performing International Transfer Payment Transaction In A Multi Entity Environment (Doc ID 2295314.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform International Transfer Payment, Base Country is not populated in the country drop down Box on the transaction screen after switching from Base Entity to Another entity in multi-entity environment.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application with a multi-entity user through the base entity
2. Switch to the other entity
3. Click on International Transfer Payment under Payments.
4. Check the Country Drop Down Box. You will not find the users Base Country.

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot perform International Transfer Payment to base country after switching to another entity in a multi entity environment.
