Not Able to Open The Report Downloaded From Google Chrome Or Internet Explorer (Doc ID 2351225.1)

Symptoms

Not able to open the downloaded report in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. The report opens up correctly in Mozilla Firefox.


Steps to Reproduce :

  1. Login with Oracle Digital Banking Experience (OBDx) Admin User.
  2. Go to My Reports
  3. After fetching the report click on any processed report.
  4. After report opens in new tab click on download button.
  5. File will be downloaded but can not be opened.
