KYC User Cannot Close KYC Case (Doc ID 2406460.1)

KYC users not able to close the cases.

KYC Analyst user select corresponding action on KYC case from Resolution (options are: Action Withheld - Close, Duplicate Case - Close, New Case Opened - Close).

Let's say "Duplicate Case - Close" action. Case status goes to “Recommend Closure”.

Then KYC Investigator log into FCCM and select the same case. Only option in Resolution is “Approve Resolution Recommendation” – KYC Investigator select that action and click on Save. But case status does not change to "Closed" - it stays in “Recommend Closure” and KYC case is not closed.
