Login Using Alternate Login Feature On Mobile App Fails With Error "User Authetication for Quick Login Failed Please Login Again With Username and Password" (Doc ID 2415470.1)

Symptoms

Unable to Login using Alternate Login Feature on Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDx) Mobile App.

This issue occurs when Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Authentication is configured.

 

STEPS :

1. Open OBDx Mobile app.

2. Enter credentials on the login page.

3. Select alternative login.

4. Select the alternate login option from pin/pattern/fingerprint (Lets select pin ).

5. Enter pin.

6. Confirm and submit.

7. Logout.

8. Then login again using " Login with PIN" option on login page.

9. Enter pin and submit.

10. Application shows error on the screen ("User Authetication  for Quick Login Failed Please Login Again With Username and Password").
