Incorrect Next SIP Date Is Getting Updated For SIP Orders (Doc ID 2422676.1)

A monthly SIP is placed from order capture screen for every 30th of the month and SIP start date is for e.g., 30th Dec 2017. All the subsequent SIP is getting generated successfully i.e for month DEC, JAN and FEB, however the cycle has been changed from 28th Feb onward. After 28 Feb, SIP is getting triggered on 28th of every month which is an incorrect behavior.


 There are no changes in the environment, product, account and hardware which has triggered the issue.
