Issue in SIP Order With Daily Frequency When Order Is Placed By Banker (Doc ID 2422734.1)

Symptoms

A Systematic order (SIP) is placed through Banker portal on behalf of customer (RMPOA flag as ‘Y’) on 1st Jan with commencement as 1st Jan with Daily frequency. PMS_SYS_PLAN_LIST table should have below values updated:

   Period Date = 01-Jan-18
   Last Paid Date = 01-Jan-18
   Next SIP Date = 02-Jan-18

However, values populated are as below:

   Period Date = 01-Jan-18
   Last Paid Date = 02-Jan-18
   Next SIP Date = 03-Jan-18

This results in SIP of 2nd Jan getting missed.

 

 

Changes

 There are no changes in the environment, product, account and hardware which has triggered the issue.
