Issue With Load Balancer URL when accessing Admin Tools screens (Doc ID 2424680.1)

Symptoms

Client has installed and configured OFSAA in Active - Passive mode (on 2 servers).
Client is using IBM Websphere server as webserver.
There are servers installed with IBM Websphere (Node 1, Node 2 & DR server). All these three servers are configured at Global Load Balancer level in Active - Active method.

OFSAA Application war file is deployed in all 3 Webservers. All 3 webservers are up & running.
OFSAA Application services are up & running on Node1.

SSO using OAM are also configured.

While accessing the OFSAA URL using Individual Hostname of all 3 servers (Websphere servers), client is able to access all the options of AML, ECM applications and able to view all the screens.

But while accessing the OFSAA UI using LoadBalancer URL, we are getting error / issues with Admin tools screen
