Symptoms

Product Version Number identified as 12.0.2 and Sub-Component as "Core".

issue description:Simulation:

At present in FCUBS if we change status for an account to 'Dormant' then system restricts both debit and credit transactions for the account. But our management requirement is that in that case for Dormant account system should only restrict debit transaction, credit transaction should be allowed.
