Amount Block issue for the tanked Transaction (Doc ID 2425385.1)

Symptoms

  1. Post a normal credit transaction to a current account.
  2. Post a normal debit transaction in the current account. This should result in the use of LOC limit.
  3. Post a tank debit transaction. Check the amount of the block in the LOC account. This will be more than what I should have blocked.
