Symptoms

Bank is inputting xborder outgoning transaction using ReST single payments services. The txn is created successfully and is lying in sanction queue. But when we go to PXDOVIEW screen, view queue action log and click on request msg, that is empty/null or in other words, in pqtb_snck_queue table request_msg is null.
