Symptoms

While generating Customer Summary Report, "technical detail error" is being observed.  

Below is navigation path:

OPS Log in > Reports > Customer Document Summary > Fill the details> click on Generate button.

Changes

 There are no changes in the environment, product, account or hardware which triggered the issue.
