FCCM: Risk Score For Parameter/Rule is not getting changed

When trying to save risk score for parameter/Rule value under KYC Risk Assessment Configuration, the following error comes

Score must be from 0 to 0

Score must be from 0 to 0


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. KYC Admin try to save risk score

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save risk score
