While doing payment reversal, VAMB should be reversed if there are any future dated amendments

validation added to prevent the payment reversal, incase there is a pending event on the loan.

Note: VAMB will not be reversed along with MLIQ reversal (Automatically) , User has to reverse VAMB first and then reverse MLIQ .
