On : 8.0 version, Web UI

Email Functionality is not work in ECM screen

When we are trying to send email from take case button its saying "SAVE FAILED".

ERROR

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to case details
2. Take action send email

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send case details email
