Persons Involved Tab: Exempt Flag Not Getting Updated (Doc ID 2442430.1)

Symptoms

Exemption flag not getting updated in the ‘Persons Involved’ tab for a person with an exemption.
‘Closed – Exempted’ CTR is created on Exempt customer.

However the ‘is Exempt’ flag indicates ‘No’

Client is expecting flag to be updated based on the exemption.
