Repair Reason in Transaction Repair Queue displays Field Label Instead of Field Name.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Post a Transaction into OBPM so that it moves to Repair Queue
2. Navigate to PQSREPQU
3. Verify the Repair Reason Message for the Transaction
