Problem : Not able to change the Customer number in Customer liab Linkage screen even though there is no active Utilization on the existing Liability (Doc ID 2446046.1)

Symptoms

In customer Liab Linkage user maintained the wrong customer to the Liability. Later when the user try to change the Customer system giving the error

Changes

 Changes has been given to check the active utilization on the Old Liability linked. If no active Utilization system should allow to change the customer linkage
