CL>Floating Rate Is Not Getting Picked Up Properly During Manual Rollover (Doc ID 2446201.1)

Symptoms

Below issue is faced while doing Manual Rollover with floating Rate for a CL account.

Simulation steps :
1) Create a CL Account where for interest rate , floating rate is attached .

2) So nominal value for Interest ude will become interest rate value + floating rate value as Floating Rate Maintenance

3) Now during CLDMROLL , after account default the resolved interest rate is coming as the new nominal value . But once it is saved ,
  
Nominal value is getting reset to old interest value.
