in exceluploadsecond file.. the userid is ::KYCADMN

User Specific mapping xml name...localDestFile::::/u01/app/Middleware/wls12c/user_projects/domains/ofsaa_domain/ExcelTemp/FCCMINFO/APPLN_REREVIEW_PARAMS_1039350838439731.xml
Created the user specific mapping xml name in localpath...localDestFile::::/u01/app/Middleware/wls12c/user_projects/domains/ofsaa_domain/ExcelTemp/FCCMINFO/APPLN_REREVIEW_PARAMS_1039350838439731.xml
ClsUCntETLExcelLoadingOne.getExcelMapping......APP and WEB servers are same,so will directly copy the files from app ftpshare to web localpath
