Entity Type, Entity ID Search Criteria Filters Not Working For Alerts (Doc ID 2446677.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0.5 version, Web UI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When customer ID or Account is searched by giving appropriate values in Entity Type and Entity ID filters, The system doesn't fetch the expected records even though Alerts are present for the respective Customer and Accounts in KDD_REVIEW.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Search result should be refined based on Entity ID

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Advanced search
2. Enter entity and focus
3. Click on search button and check results

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search by entity
