Bulk Upload file gets stuck in  Upload (Pre-Process) state after user uploads it.  This is generally observed on some particular server(s) in a Weblogic cluster. Due to this, sometimes  whenever transactions targeted for particular server are not getting processed and causing inconvenience to the users.

Bulk upload file is in "UPLOAD" state in user end. At admin end it is in RECEIVED state and number of transactions is "0".

Unable to resolve 'BulkEventHandlerEJB'. Resolved ''; remaining name 'BulkEventHandlerEJB' exception can be observed in FCDB application logs in such scenario.

Stack trace in logs:

javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Unable to resolve 'BulkEventHandlerEJB'. Resolved ''; remaining name 'BulkEventHandlerEJB'

The issue can be reproduced in affected environment with following steps:

1. Log-in into the application.

2. Goto Bulk File upload txn.

3. Upload the file.
