Forgot Password Functionality on Login Page Shows Incorrect Error Message When Entered Details Are Incorrect. (Doc ID 2448997.1)

When business user clicks on forgot password on the log-in page and enters incorrect details, the following error occurs:

"System cannot process the request currently. Please try later."

Due to the above generic system error message, user does not understand the reason of the error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on forgot password on the log-in  page. 
2. Enter the required details on the next screen and click .
