FAILURE TO COLLECT A STANDING INSTRUCTION

Customer issued a Standing Instruction to transfer K237,370.74 from the Operational Ac Account No. 0367081300197
to their Sinking Fund Account No. 0367081500564 on the 1st of Every Month effective 1st February 2017.
The operational account had an OD Limit of ZMW 2M marked on the 4th of January 2017.
However the Standing instruction has been failing effective September 2017 when the customer started utilizing their overdraft.
The transfer has been failing as the system takes the account as being insufficiently funded regardless of the customer having
an available balance in excess of K237,371.74 to provide for the SI.
